In this Manipur Assembly Election 2012 the parties were contesting in 60 constituencies. The Manipur alliance for Assembly Elections 2012 comprise the major parties AITC,BJP,CPI,CPI(M),INC,Independent,IVD,JD(S),JD(U),JMBP,LJP,LJSP,MDPF,MPP,MSCP,NCP,NPF,NPP,SDPI,SHS. The alliances from major parties participated in 9 districts and 60 constituencies in the by-election. Assembly Elections results 2012 depicts the success or failure of these alliances.
